Installing a boiler

If you want to replace your aging boiler with a condensing boiler or even more simply to move it in a more global refitting, you must proceed to a removal and a refitting of your boiler. It will be necessary to check that the condensates are always correctly treated and evacuated. SFA offers you simple and effective solutions to neutralize acids, or to raise them, or to do both at the same time.

A condensing boiler produces during its combustion activity flue gas residues called condensates. This waste is acidic and must therefore be treated as such before being disposed of. For reasons of respect for the environment, it is in fact not possible to mix them with the wastewater evacuation circuit as it is.

A condensing boiler is supplied by town gas, fuel oil or propane. This energy source will ignite a burner and provide heat. This involves heating the water in the heating circuit from the boiler to the radiators and heating the sanitary water in the bathroom, the shower room and the kitchen. The condensing boiler is a good way to save energy. In order for it to function without problems, the condensate must be drained off.

Evacuate condensate from a condensing boiler: what for?

A condensing boiler produces condensate or condensate during combustion. This liquid is acidic and must be drained. It cannot be mixed with wastewater for ecological reasons. Either you have a water drain under your boiler, or you turn to SFA."

SFA is an expert in the field. We can install a condensate removal system and a neutralization system for you. The Sanicondens Best Flat solution combines these two advantages. Its installation at the level of your condensing boiler will sanction the neutralization of the acidity of the condensates and raise them in complete safety.

The system is complete: it is equipped with a lift pump which will lift the treated condensates. It is suitable for condensing boilers.

The Sanicondens Best Flat is compact: it has four inlets, it is small in size and has a tank with a capacity of 2 liters. It can be fixed to the wall or to the floor."

The SFA condensate removal solution is silent, impeccably suited to the treatment of acidic water, the ph of which it neutralizes thanks to a system of refillable granules. A first pack is included in the starter kit, which should be replaced once per year Thanks to these neutralization granules, your piping remains protected from any acid attack.

The Sanicondens Best Flat can also be connected to a dehumidifier. It comes with an alarm pre-connection in case of desideratum and a complete installation kit with non-return valve.
